Kevin has more than 26 years of experience in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, capacity improvements, operations management, troubled supplier management and statistical engineering and problem solving.

As a Statistical Problem Solutions Sr. Consultant, Statistical Engineering Master, Red-X Master and General Motors SQA Manager, Kevin instructed and coordinated statistical engineering apprentices, journeymen and masters to provide professional technical training and urgent problem solving support for distressed supplier operations and new program launches. Kevin led global teams in 20 different countries through the process of consolidating, right-sizing and successfully managing new product/program launch management initiatives. Kevin has led hundreds of projects and trained over 200 engineers in root cause and prevention statistical engineering.

Kevin’s materials, product and process knowledge includes, but is not limited to ferrous and non-ferrous metals, engineered plastics, engineered adhesives, hydraulics, casting, plastic molding, metal forming, forging, robotics, etc. A partial list of major technical issue categories include; adhesive failures, center of gravity locking mech., failures, hydraulic system failures, noise and vibration failures, fuel tank energy management, metal composition failures, plastic composition failures, micro-chip failures, braking failures, etc.

Kevin’s expertise is in operational cost reduction initiatives, training and problem solving using statistical engineering methodologies, distressed supplier management and turnaround improvements, as well as product launch management. His experience, knowledge and methodical efforts have saved companies hundreds of millions of dollars.

In addition to Kevin’s list of engineering training and certifications, he earned a Bachelor of Science (Quality Engineering) from Kennedy Western University.

Kevin is married to Karen, his wife of 29 years and has 3 adult daughters and 2 granddaughters.
